At the same time the E45 highway, connecting to Rome and Perugia, Assisi and Firenze, lies at only 1,5 km distance, the train station at 2 km. The provincial road to Orvieto starts just around the corner as well.
The stunning surrounding Umbrian countryside is littered with ancient hamlets and offers unspoiled nature as well as lots of vineyards and culture.
